What are the hours of operation for The Sweet Spot?

​The Sweet Spot is set to officially open its doors on Saturday, February 8, 2025, offering an exclusive experience daily through Sunday, February 16, 2025. Reservations are intimately designed for parties of two and are available in 15-minute intervals beginning at 6:00 PM, with the final seating at 9:00 PM (Sunday through Wednesday) and 10:00 PM (Thursday through Saturday).

Is there a cost for reservations?

​Reservations are available per table (party of two) and require a $20 deposit at the time of booking to secure. This amount will be applied toward your final bill at the time of service. Please note, cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation will result in a $20 cancellation fee.

 

Desserts on the menu cannot be substituted or ordered a la carte.

 

The dessert menu is offered for $50++.

The dessert wheel showcases eleven exquisite creations by Executive Pastry chef Daniel Mangione.

How long is my reservation held for?

To ensure individualized and anticipatory service, our reservations are staggered in 15-minute increments. As such, your table will be held for 15 minutes from your selected reservation time.

 

We estimate each reservation will take approximately 1 hour from the start of the reservation time with a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. 

Can I make any special requests or substitutions?

In order to accommodate substitutions, please communicate allergies and dietary restrictions when making a reservation or at least 3 days prior to your reservation time. For questions on substitutions, please email our team at jwnashexperiences@turnberry.com.

Where is "The Sweet Spot" located?

The Sweet Spot is nestled in the lobby of JW Marriott Nashville within The Duke- an exclusive cocktail lounge tucked behind the Cumberland Lobby Bar.

How can I find my reservation confirmation?

A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address provided at the time of reservation. A reservation reminder will also be sent via email or SMS to the contact information provided, 4 days prior to your reservation.

 

Remember to check your spam or junk email folders. Look for a confirmation email subject: Your Reservation for The Sweet Spot [reservation date format x/x/x ]is confirmed!

How can I make changes to my reservation?

You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your reservation date. To modify your reservation, please click on the “manage reservation” link found at the top of your confirmation email.

 

Then click on the “modify reservation” or “cancel reservation” found on the next page.

Are there on-site parking options available?

Valet parking will be provided complimentary; however, ride sharing is strongly recommended. Should you wish to self-park, there are various off-site parking options available nearby.
